Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute a variety of field events, from large trade shows to intimate lunch & learns, and everything in between
  • Ensure all event participants are prepared pre-event, monitor during the event and follow-up post event to maximize results
  • Coordinate promotion of events (pre-event, and during the event) over social networks and via emails by collaborating with other members of the marketing and sales team
  • Manage the ordering and shipment of supporting equipment like furniture and monitors as well as event marketing materials such as display systems (roll ups, popup systems, etc), marketing collateral, giveaways, supplies, etc
  • Manage expenses, report on event KPIs and track company ROI from events

Required Skills and Experience

  • Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing events and demand-generation programs in the US and EU
  • Native English Speaker with strong written and oral communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, driven, positive, hardworking professional who can multi-task, prioritize and rise to the occasion in high pressure situations
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com and a marketing automation system (Hubspot preferred) – an advantage
  • Preferred experience in the technology, cybersecurity industry
